Account data: name, email address and password (stored hashed) when a business owner or staff member registers.

Customer data: when a business's customers join a loyalty program, we process their name, email, points balance, stamps, rewards and task activity on behalf of that business.

Usage data: basic technical information such as device type, browser and pages visited, used to keep the service secure and reliable.

Payment data: subscription billing is handled by Stripe. We never see or store full card numbers.

To provide and operate the loyalty program — points, stamps, rewards, referrals and tasks.

To authenticate users and keep accounts secure.

To process subscription payments and send service-related emails.

To improve reliability, prevent fraud and meet our legal obligations.

Where the GDPR applies, we rely on: performance of a contract (to run the service you signed up for), legitimate interests (to secure and improve the service), consent (where required, for example optional communications), and legal obligation.

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with trusted providers that help us run Perkify: Supabase (database and authentication hosting), Stripe (payments) and our email delivery provider.

Each business is responsible for its own customers' data and for having a lawful basis to invite them.

We keep account and customer data for as long as the account is active. When a business closes its account, associated data is deleted or anonymised within a reasonable period, unless we must retain it to meet legal obligations.

Depending on your location you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing.

We use industry-standard measures including encryption in transit, hashed passwords and access controls. No method of transmission is perfectly secure, but we work hard to protect your data.

Perkify is intended for businesses and adult users. It is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
