Terms of Service

Perkify lets businesses run digital loyalty programs — stamp cards, points, rewards, referrals, social tasks and seasonal events — for their own customers.

You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a binding contract.

Perkify offers a Free plan and a paid Pro plan billed monthly through Stripe. Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and keep Pro features until the end of the current billing period.

Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

You agree not to misuse the service: no illegal activity, no sending unsolicited spam to your customers, no attempts to disrupt or reverse-engineer the platform, and no uploading of harmful or infringing content.

You are responsible for the customers you invite and for complying with applicable laws (including privacy and marketing rules) when you collect and contact them. You confirm you have the right to process their information through Perkify.

Perkify and its software, design and branding remain our property. You keep ownership of your own content and customer data, and grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service for you.

The service relies on providers such as Supabase and Stripe. Their availability is outside our control and their own terms may apply.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

You may stop using Perkify at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or pose a security or legal risk.

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by updating the date above. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the service provider is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
